Properties cleared, swept and left photo ready for the bank, the agent or the next buyer.

Before you call
Three things, and we can price it on the spot
Have these ready and the whole call takes about two minutes. Guesswork is what makes quotes go wrong, so the more you can show us, the tighter the number.

What needs to go, and how much
Photos are best. A few pictures of the pile, the room or the whole property tell us more than any description, and they’re how we get you an accurate price without a site visit.

Your time frame for pickup
When does it need to be gone? A closing date, an inspection, a move out deadline. Tell us what you’re working toward and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it.
A date beats "soon"

The location
Address or cross streets, plus where the work actually is. Inside the house, out in a garage, down a basement stairwell or sitting in the yard. It changes the crew and the time.
